Workplace wellness services include:
Education, training and support
Our business health professionals offer a variety of customizable classes and programs to meet the needs of employees and the goals of your business. You can choose sites that are convenient for your team, allowing them to learn more about how to take charge of their health. We provide education and training on nutrition, weight management, smoking cessation, behavior modification and more.
Having a primary care physician (PCP) and scheduling annual exams can help employees detect diseases and conditions in their earliest stages. However, approximately 40 percent of employees do not have PCPs. Central Virginia’s PCP Connect program is designed to help employees find the right PCP for themselves and their families to stay healthy.
Our team of registered nurses provides on-site biometric screenings to help your employees understand their current health. After, we build customized solutions to improve employee health and wellness with the aim of increasing productivity while driving down healthcare costs. We can also arrange mammograms, skin cancer screenings, prostate cancer screenings and much more.
Personal health assessments (PHAs)
To gain a complete picture of the health of your workforce, we provide a combination of PHAs and biometric screenings. By partnering with us, you have the advantage of owning the aggregate data of your workforce, unlike other PHA providers. Ownership of your data allows your human resources and wellness professionals to monitor health status over time.
